Pursuant to KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 6698), personal data obtained by Şah Grup Medikal ("Şah Grup" or the "Data Controller") through the sahgrup.com.tr website (the "Site") or through other communication channels is processed within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, limited to the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Establishing and carrying out contractual processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responsibilities arising from applicable legislation,
• Ensuring the security of the Site and the quality of our services.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, to a limited extent and solely for the purposes stated above, to authorized public institutions and organizations for the fulfillment of legal obligations, and, where necessary, to the business partners and suppliers from whom we receive services, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK and subject to the necessary security measures. Your personal data is not shared with third parties unless you have given explicit consent or unless an exception provided for by law applies.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in the relevant article of KVKK,
• Request that the correction, deletion or destruction operations carried out be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

6. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with information and documents verifying your identity, in writing to Şah Grup Medikal via the e-mail address info@sahgrup.com.tr. Your requests will be finalized free of charge, as soon as possible according to their nature and, at the latest, within the periods specified under KVKK.
